Chamber of Commerce report and VAT/ICP return

Profit is up-to-date with the latest definitions

Profit is up-to-date with regard to the VAT/ICP return of 2019 and the Chamber of Commerce report for 2018. It is 'business as usual' with regard to the Chamber of Commerce report. Definitions are used for message traffic with the Chamber of Commerce and we have updated these so that you can submit the reports for 2018.

Low VAT percentage to 9%

This also applies to the VAT/ICP return: Profit is prepared for this! The most significant change for VAT, however, can be found elsewhere: the low VAT percentage will go from 6 to 9%. This change has already been implemented on AFAS Online by adding a new rate line in Profit (a patch is available for local installations). You can read all about the low VAT rate on the theme page.

End-of-year processing

The end-of-year processing and opening a new financial year are again just around the corner. Visit the End-of-year theme page and the Start new year theme page (Dutch).

XML audit file, version 3

The XML audit file, version 3, is the current market standard and therefore that is why it is the only one available. You can created the audit file through Financial / Management / Audit file / XML audit file version 3 (in Small Business through Exchange, Audit file / XML audit file version 3).

The other (obsolete) audit files can no longer be created through Profit.
