Seperate maintenance

All settings in one menu

Simplified maintenance

You no longer maintain AFAS Pocket by means of the functionality for app connectors. AFAS Pocket is no longer available here. You use the functions General/Pocket App/Settings and General/Pocket App/Users.

Settings

You will probably recognise the settings. The privacy settings on the Who-is-who tab are new. Privacy is a hot issue and therefore you can determine personally which who-is-who data will be displayed in AFAS Pocket.

Who-is-who filter authorisation

With filter authorisation, you can determine which employees can be viewed in AFAS Pocket by means of the Who-is-who functionality.

In the adjacent example, filter authorisation is used on the [employer] tag. This means that an employee in AFAS Pocket can only view colleagues of the employer where he or she works himself or herself. Employees of other employers in the same environment will not be displayed.

Claim profiles

You will probably be familiar with claim profiles because of InSite. You can determine yourself which fields a user must provide a value for in relation to a new claim, which fields require input, etc. by using a claim profile. This will prevent errors from being made and the claim process will run smoothly.

The InSite claim profiles can now also be used in AFAS Pocket. The only thing you need to do is to link the required claim profiles. In General / Pocket App / Settings, Claim profiles tab. Your employees can then submit a claim in AFAS Pocket on the basis of the profiles.

In the adjacent example, you can see that five claim profiles are linked in the AFAS Pocket settings. Your employees use these profiles to submit claims.

Do you not want to use the profiles (yet)? Then everything will work as it has done up to now.

Number of tasks

You will immediately see in AFAS Pocket how many tasks you have outstanding in total and how many tasks you have never read.
